JAMES WILLIAM WRIGHT has practised as an Attorney, Notary Public and Conveyancer since March 1968. He deals more particularly in property, mortgage and general conveyancing, notarial work, commercial work, wills, estate planning and deceased estate administration.  He has also been a Property Appraiser since 1975 and has a sound knowledge of and considerable experience in commercial, residential and agricultural property matters and property values.  He also attends to Divorces and  occasional High Court litigation.

JAMES HOWIESON MARSHALL, who has practised for 33 years is an Attorney and Conveyancer. He specialises in criminal trial work, civil litigation, debt collection, commercial work and divorces.  Prior to becoming an Attorney he was with the Department of Justice and has considerable experience in criminal and civil law.  He enjoys an enviable reputation as a very capable court /trial lawyer and the Senior Partner has often received compliments from Regional and Senior Magistrates about his Court appearances before them.  He also attends to Conveyancing matters, Labour Law and Land Claims.

ANNEMARIE ANTIONETTE BREEDT (CONSULTANT) is a qualified Attorney, Notary Public and Conveyancer.  She was a Partner at Macaulay & Riddell from 2002 until 2015.  She obtained her Law Degree Cum Laude.  She handled and was familiar with Collections, Civil Litigation, Deceased Estates, Conveyancing and Notarial Work.  More and more her speciality was directed towards Labour Law, until eventually she became a Commissioner for Labour Law Matters.  She works as an Independent Contractor specialising in Mediation and Arbitration Disputes.  She became a Consultant to the firm on 1^st July 2015 and consults regularly.
